"Lyrics, artwork and music will take you there"
The Division Bell songbook contains a lot of interesting artwork, including a page where all the words are capitalized. This is the inside cover and I am referring to the song titles. Song titles appear to feature prominently in the solution to the enigma and these are no exception.
There are 36 words in the strangly spaced sentences of the "How and Where" message, and 143 letters in the song titles. That is a nearly perfect 4:1 ratio. Could there possibly be a coded message using every fourth letter? When you break the song titles into four letter groups and pair them against the capitalized words in the "How and Where" message, something interesting occurs.

At first glance, SHOW FM POET may seem a little vague. Could it be an
anagram as well? The letters can easily be arranged to spell SHOW
PF TO ME.
