Conclusion
One of the most annoying characteristics about the Publius Enigma is that
we were never told what it is, let alone alone how to solve it. The evidence
presented at this site is not a complete solution, but it is enough to

The Publius Enigma is a complex
word puzzle made up of the three posts and the Division Bell songbook.
This puzzle, when completed, will provide a location on the internet where
the winner(s) may go to collect their prize.
